Countryside Realty commenced business in 2002 with business partners John Harding and Robyn Kildey opening the office at Cooroy.

John Harding is the licensee of the Cooroy office. John commenced his real estate career in 1978 and established a Richardson and Wrench franchise in the Sydney suburb of Miranda in 1986. In the 13 years he owned the R & W business, he built it from a start up operation to becoming the number 7 office in the R & W network. After selling the office in 1999 and having a well earned break from real estate he re-entered the industry in 2001 in Cooroy and then established Countryside in 2002.

Robyn Kildey is the licensee of the Pomona office. Robyn entered the industry 10 years ago in the competitive Sydney market, quickly establishing a reputation as an outstanding salesperson and achieving industry recognition. After moving to Cooroy in 2001 and opening Countryside Realty, she has consistently been one of the Noosa Hinterland's top agents.

Having sold many hundreds of properties valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, Countryside have established themselves as the leading Noosa hinterland real estate office.
