SERVICE GUARANTEE

Countryside Realty Noosa Pty. Ltd. provides a professional service with emphasis on honesty and performance from our offices in Cooroy and Pomona.

In support of this, we offer the following guarantee in relation to the services we provide.

1. If we are authorised to erect a for sale sign on the property, such sign will be erected within two (2) working days.
2. Your property will be featured on our three (3) websites www.countrysidenoosa.com.au, www.realestate.com.au and www.domain.com.au within two (2) working days from receipt of the signed agency agreements.
3. Your property will be featured in our prominent office window display and in the case of exclusive listings on our front of office LCD screen display within two (2) working days from receipt of the signed agency agreements.
4. If you wish to speak to the agent handling the sale of your property and your agent is unavailable, your agent will respond to your call within one (1) working day.
5. Your agent will call you within one (1) working day of an Inspection of your property with a prospective buyer to advise you of the result of the inspection.
6. Countryside Realty Noosa Pty. Ltd. have a complaints resolution procedure in place. In the event that you are not satisfied with the performance of your agent, we undertake to rectify your concerns within two (2) working days.
7. In the event that we are unable to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, by mutual agreement, the agency agreement may be terminated. The Agent will be entitled to be paid for any costs prior to the date of termination for advertising, signage and marketing.
