Move to new shopfront premises at 7 Diamond Street, Cooroy.

Move to current premises at 1 Emerald Street, Cooroy and increase staff to 7.

Cooroy Office judged by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland to be in the Top 4 Agencies in the state.

Attained Carbon Neutral Certification from Carbon Reduction Institute.
