With over 40 years of sales experience the last 20 years have been spent in Real Estate. Four of those years, Robyn worked in very busy Inner West Sydney where she won the Award for the ‘Most successful Agent’ in the First National Group.

After moving to the Noosa Hinterland 16 years ago, Robyn alongside her two business partners started their own business on the principle of raising the ethical standards within the Real Estate Industry. 15 years later and Robyn is the sole owner and Principal, and due to maintaining the high standards, and an intense focus on client service, Countryside Realty Noosa is more successful than ever. Kimberlea Thwaites is the senior sales consultant at Countryside Realty. With a background in business management combined with her interpersonal skills she has become one of the leading sales agents in the Noosa Hinterland with a personal record of 40 sales in one year! In addition she was selected as one of REIQ’s Young Guns of the year 2018, giving her state-wide recognition as one of the top 10 young sales professionals in QLD.

Kim purchased her first property at 21 years old, and after fully renovating, she sold it 6 years later for a profit, setting her up for her next venture of buying a block of land and designing her own home which was built in 2017 and in 2018 she purchased her first investment property. With this as well as 5 years’ experience in the field, it’s fair to say Kim is well versed in all aspects of Real Estate.
Having lived in the area her whole life, attending both Eumundi and Cooroy schools, Kimberlea is as local as an agent as they get and sponsors both Cooroy Primary as well as Noosa District High School. Personal Background:

Having bought and settled in Pomona with his family, Brian is a keen advocate for the area coining the phrase ‘love where you live, work where you live’. A Fresh Approach to Property Management

Our enthusiastic and experienced Property Management Team offers a fresh approach to property management with innovative and impressive ideas.

Lara is Countryside Realty’s Inaugural Property Manager, joining the previously sales only office two years ago with an extensive background in Ray White property management team in Western Australia. Since developing our rent role, Lara has enjoyed some maternity leave away from the office before returning to work alongside and provide her expertise and advice to Jade.

Jade joined Countryside Realty as our Saturday Receptionist before her passion for the industry drove her into the more demanding role of Property Manager. Having lived in the area for over 15 years, Jade is as local as they come – and there is little she does not know about the beautiful Hinterland area and the people who call it home.

They both share the belief in the importance of professionalism with a friendly approach. Their point of difference is the necessity they find in keeping work life fun and enjoyable for each other, other members of staff but most importantly for their clients.

Lily-May joined Countryside Realty Noosa as Personal Assistant to our wonderful Sales team. Lily assists each agent in each aspect of the job within Property Listings, Contracts, sales and administration duties.

As the youngest member of the team, Lily quickly took over the management of all social media accounts and in addition was given the responsibility of all advertising duties and promoted to Countryside Realty Noosa’s Marketing manager.

Lily often lends expertise in how best to present and promote a property to its full potential, but with an extensive knowledge of the listings and selling process is more than equipped to work alongside the agents and effectively allow them to be in two places at once.
