For those looking for more adventure, Lake MacDonald offers a range of water-based activities. Kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding. The calm waters of the lake make it an ideal spot for beginners to try their hand at these activities, while more experienced paddlers can explore the lake’s many bays and inlets. The lake is also home to a tremendous variety of water birds. Including; ducks, swans, and pelicans, making it a bird watcher’s paradise.
