With over two decades of diverse experience in the real estate and business sectors, Gyki le Grange brings a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skill, and genuine passion for property to her role as Senior Property Manager.
Gyki’s journey began on an export fruit farm, where her connection to the land inspired her to study horticulture and landscaping, specialising in entomology. Her early career saw her managing plant nurseries and transitioning into IT systems development, where she implemented complex management and reporting systems across large corporations. Her analytical strengths led her to work with global media group Media24, where she thrived as a Business and Systems Analyst.
Adding an accounting qualification to her skillset further strengthened her ability to navigate business processes with precision and clarity. Yet, it’s Gyki’s natural affinity for project management and her ability to break down complex challenges and deliver outcomes, that truly defines her approach.
After immigrating to Australia, Gyki chose to prioritise family life while continuing her professional journey. She began working in shopping centre management before moving into building and onsite property management. With a full Real Estate Licence and extensive experience across residential and commercial property, she found her niche in property management—a role that perfectly combines her love of systems, horticulture, trust accounting, and her deep care for clients and their homes.
With 24 years in the industry, Gyki is known for her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to protecting and enhancing the value of every property she manages.
