Lara’s journey in the professional landscape began with over 15 years in the banking sector, specialising in Business Finance and Home Lending. However, her true calling led her to the vibrant realm of Real Estate. Having served as a Property Manager in a prominent Western Australian real estate agency, Lara quickly ascended to the role of Business Development Manager. In 2016, she made a life-changing move to Pomona in the Noosa Hinterland, instantly falling in love with its charm and character.
Embracing the challenge, Lara grasped the opportunity given by Countryside Realty Noosa to establish and lead the Property Management Department. Her goal was clear – to redefine property management in the Hinterland with a fresh and client-centric approach.
