Eliot has enjoyed an illustrious successful career himself being nominated as a finalist in the REA national awards, the REB national awards, and boasts an extensive background in building and construction aiding him in his real estate career. His understanding of the building processes, property investment and the rural lifestyle has gained him credibility amongst his clients and peers; having worked across the spectrum, he truly takes a holistic approach when working with his sellers and buyers.
Kim’s specialty really lies in securing long term relationships with her clients often keeping in contact with them for years before and after a business transaction occurs. Her negotiation, business management and interpersonal skills are appreciated widely by all of her clients.
